Experience Summary
I have been a counselor in the public schools for the past 16 years, both at the elementary and high school levels. I have tutored students in many subjects; ranging from 3rd grade math to advanced algebra to US History.
Teaching Style
I am able to diagnose weak points in the student's knowledge and remedy those weak points so that the student is better able to have a full understanding of the content. I believe that most academic difficulties come from small gaps in knowledge and a misunderstanding of how parts relate to the whole.
