Experience Summary
My Masters degree in education and several years of a combination of teaching, training and tutoring with persons of various age groups and diverse backgrounds have prepared me to work well with any age group. Additionally my Masters degree in economics is of additional benefit in working with students in a wide variety of subjects. Both my graduate degrees and professional experiences have required developing solid verbal and written communication skills which greatly benefit my students.
Teaching Style
I enjoy working with all age groups and am able to interact very effectively with students from diverse backgrounds. Although as teacher/tutor/trainer I am keen to share the knowledge I have with students, I believe in challenging my students and encouraging them to not be afraid to learn through making mistakes. I also believe students learn in various ways, some are visual learners etc… while some are not; therefore my teaching style involves finding out what kind of learner the student is and adjusting my teaching style to adapt to his/her style of learning.
