Experience Summary
Throughout my educational career, I have gained a strong foundation of knowledge in various disciplines. I hold a BA in Psychology and have also completed pre-medical requirements during my time as an undergraduate. My liberal arts background has led me to develop extensive reading, writing, and analytical skills. These skills are complemented by a solid understanding of mathematics and science. Over the past year, I have tutored students in reading, math, and science.
Teaching Style
I believe in the potential of every child and am committed to their academic achievement. Through my work with children and adults with disabilities, I have learned patience and understanding; qualities that I believe make me a strong educator. I believe in modeling a learning curriculum to meet the specific needs of a child and pride myself on finding novel ways to make education fun and interesting.
