Teaching Style
Let me begin by talking a bit about my calling. In my philosophy of teaching paper, I recently wrote that I am ready to teach and educate students that anything is possible if they believe. Character, I believe, raises you up, but faithfulness through commitment to a cause keeps you there. I am uncomfortable with things that simply meet requirements. Going the extra mile and exceeding expectations is the way I commit to do work.
Along with new ideas and ways of doing things, I want to be able to be mentored and molded by others serving in the profession. Being teachable is the only way to gain ground and to be effective.
