Experience Summary
As a graduate of the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga, I have received numerous awards and honors. During my senior year at UTC, I served as a student tutor in the athletic department. In addition, I have training in medical fields such as Pharmacy, X-ray, and surgery. My ten year working experience as a tutor consists of working with students of all educational levels and backgrounds. The courses in which I have tutored include finance, accounting, history, algebra, trigonometry, Pre-Calculus, and Chemistry.
Teaching Style
During my tenure as a student tutor, I have developed a predominant lecturing teaching style. I am a patience instructor, who believes in positive reinforcement techniques. Students achieve more when they are rewarded fro their academic success. I truly enjoy working with young people.
