Experience Summary
I have taught 6th grade reading for 2 years in a Lee County Middle School. I was given a "Programmed curriculum both of the years I was there. The first year I used the "Language" program and the second year I used the "Treasures" program . I also worked with residents of residential programs, while I was employed there as an officer assisting them in learning to read and write.
Teaching Style
I try to present the information in an "entertaining way" and institute a great deal of student involvement. I have seen this approach work well with a number of students who were behind in my classes.
