Experience Summary
My love for reading and writing from a young age followed me through high school and college. By excelling in various courses, I had the opportunity to tutor a myriad of subjects in high school (particularly Science and Writing), and serve as a Writing Consultant at Bryant University since Freshman year. Outside of school, I have also assisted my friends and peers who have asked for my help in their individual writing assignments or projects. Having a diverse background in fields such as Finance, Accounting, and Cultural courses, as well as in languages such as Gujarati and Hindi, has given me the opportunity to share my knowledge and skills with others.
Teaching Style
I have always felt the need and want to help others, whether educationally or socially. As an immigrant who had to learn a new educational system, language, and lifestyle, I know first-hand how difficult a true and successful learning process can be. I believe that my strong communication skills and a patient persona are critical in helping someone achieve educational success. In recognizing each child's individual skills and abilities, I only hope to help them recognize their own strengths and weaknesses to achieve improvement.
