Experience Summary
I hold a bachelor's degree in Accounting. I am currently holding a Master's degree in Vocational Education. I have been teaching for 20 years. I have taught for 16 years middle/junior high school and for 4 years high school. I teach accounting and electronic accounting concepts. I am the coordinator at my school who is responsible to helping my high school students get accounting and office related jobs as interns.I am a National Board Certified Teacher and is an assistant to the Business's Department chairperson at my school.
Teaching Style
Teaching accounting is my passion. Out of all the subjects that I teach, I prefer accounting applications. I am an advisor for FBLA, "Future Business Leaders of America" where many of my students compete in accounting concepts. I have had many of my students to win and some are first through third place winners almost every year. Several of my students that I teach have gone on to major in accounting in college, become enterprenuers and use their accounting skills to successfully manage their finances, and become CPAs, financial advisors or financial managers as a career. I would stronly like to tutor your child or maybe you as an adult or member of you family to help them advance in their accounting skills.
