Experience Summary
My areas of expertise include Spanish, Math and English Language Arts; though, I have acquired experience providing 1- on -1 and in-home academic tutoring to students from grades k-12th in all subject areas. I have extensive knowledge, and skills working as a tutor for students under the No Child Left Behind Act programs throughout Montclair, Ontario and San Bernardino school districts. I’m familiar with the paperwork, policies, and other documents such a student’s monthly progress report, student assessments, final reports,Student Learning Plans and Individual Supplemental Service agreements.I am Recent graduate from CSUSB with a B.A in Business Administration/Marketing concentration.
Teaching Style
My goal is to help prepare students to meet the challenges of the new millennium. I realize technology is, and will continue to be, a driving force in workplaces, communities, and personal lives; I want to reinforce the learning skills of students and bring them to the twenty-first century; It is important for students to receive a solid education. Students must actively learn skills that will help them be successful learners in the future; and as a tutor I’m aware of and sensitive to a students individual needs and as a consequence help students unlock their full potential.
