Experience Summary
From a very young age I knew I wanted to help others. During my years at college I volunteered at a school for children with special needs. I taught art classes, educated about oral health and supervised students to complete daily tasks. I did this every sumer for 4 years. I love all types of children, any race, background, age and any learning level. When I entered college at 16 I knew exactly what I wanted to study, Biology. Ever since then I have been obtaining my goals. I have also taught Chemistry labs. I would prepare and introduce labs on a weekly basis.
Teaching Style
I am a very enthusiastic teacher. I love children and I fully understand that every child requires a different style to learn effectively. I am very patient and responsible. I have a child of my own and I treat every child the way I would want my own child to be treated. Dreams are all obtainable. I aim to educate individuals of all ages. I am a strong believer in the story of the hare and the turtle. The finish line stays at the same place, everyone can reach it. Some may reach it before others, but My job is to assist students to finish the race no matter what.
