Experience Summary
In my classroom, students must commit to a level of performance that challenges them to reach their full potential. My expectations for my students are high, and by the end of the school year students realize they can achieve any goal set before them. This is a valuable lesson that they can apply to their lives beyond the classroom.
Teaching Style
My teaching style is best described as eclectic. While I am always organized and focused, I vary my instructional methodologies to incorporate diverse activities and material to engage and interest students. By understanding human behavior and acknowledging the many different learning styles of students, I easily establish and maintain an excellent rapport with students and co-workers alike. As a result, there is a strong level of trust that develops which allows me to provide direction in working toward realizing shared goals and objectives.
