Experience Summary
I am a professionally certified accountant from 3 countries and also hold a masters degree. I had also cleared the TOEFL test in 2002.
I have been working in the field of accounting, finance and auditing since 1997 and have global work exposure gained through various assignments I handled in India, Africa, Middle East and USA.
I have good communications skills and was able to develop my subordinates into good accountants. I have a brief tutoring experience from my college days when I use to teach accounting to a couple of grade 12 students. But I have various years of work experience training my teams in various continents I have worked in.
Teaching Style
I am an excellent mentor and trainer. My teaching style depends on the candidate / student I work with and I adapt myself to get the best out of the person under training.
I am very patient and I understand that I am there to teach or develop someone who needs to learn the skills from me. I put myself in the shoes of the other person and deliver the best using my expertise, efficient communication and smart technological tools.
