Experience Summary
I am a mathematics major and physics minor, and I have completed coursework in English, German, Psychology. I have a year of tutoring experience with Weber State University's tutoring center. I am a certified tutor with the Student Support Services program there. These are the subjects I tutor:
Algebra - 2 semesters tutoring experience
Trigonometry - 1 semester
Calculus I - 2 semesters
Calculus II - 2 semesters
Introductory Physics - 1 semester
German - 2 semesters
Teaching Style
I enjoy teaching and working with all young people. I try to help them develop their critical thinking and learning skills, by creating a safe environment for them to learn. It is very important to me that they not feel criticized for growing, and I facilitate this by allowing them to develop their independent learning and styles that they will use for life.
