Teaching Style
I believe people learn through doing. Especially with mathematics I ensure that concepts are clearly presented to my students. Then I motivate then to try to do the problems, with my guidance, and as they gain confidence to eventually work problems on their own. This is the approach I use for chemistry as well. With biology my emphasize is on student understanding the principle so that they can apply in differ situation
