Teaching Style
I want my students to enjoy learning so that they will be motivated. I have found that one of the best ways to make learning enjoyable is to make it accessible to the student. A student who understands the course work will enjoy the learning process and be motivated to work harder than a student who does not. I try to understand what is obscuring my students perception of the subject and then I try to remove that obstruction. Generally a student understands almost everything, but there is one or two things that give them trouble. When those one or two things are cleared up, they feel empowered and motivated and I very much enjoy helping a student to that place.
