Experience Summary
With over sixty months' experience at the US Department of State, I have seen firsthand bureaucratic morass gone wild. From lengthy "informational" sessions, to quotidian meetings held just for the sake of holding meetings, public bureaucrats waste taxpayers' dollars and time, in the process doing all of us a disservice.
As a result of these efforts, the US Department of State recognized my organizational and managerial skills by awarding me with a Meritorious Award, in addition to the aforementioned Award for Corporate Excellence.
Teaching Style
Merely listing my fluency in foreign languages (English, Spanish, French, German, Italian, Greek, Russian, Arabic, Portuguese, and Amharic) does not do justice to the hours—nay, years!—involved in learning them, nor does it fully capture my natural gift for—and dedication to—mastering the linguistic intricacies of each language.
I have dedicated my life to foreign languages. I would never say I am the most gifted tutor ever. I will say I am the most dedicated individual to—and disciple of—tutoring foreign languages to young adults.
