Experience Summary
I recently moved to Florida after working in an urban school for 3 years. Prior to working in a school as a School Social Worker and Special Education Director I directed an afterschool program for juvenile boys on probation. I have had extensive experience with special education students. I have been trained to work with difficult students including behavioral modification. Previous work includeds School Social Worker, teacher assistant and tutor. I currently working part time as a Child and Family Therapist.
Teaching Style
I believe that every child can learn. I love working with children and finding the style of learning that best fits them. I see learning difficulties instead as learning challenges that can be overcome. I take a creative, goal oriented approach and love to see students achieve their best.
