Experience Summary
Having earned a B.S. in Physics/Astrophysics and as an upcoming graduate from the Florida Institute of Technology Master's program in Space Sciences, I have an outstanding background in physics, mathematics, and other physical sciences. I also have a wide range of teaching experience, including high school Earth Science, middle school biology, and undergraduate physics laboratories. Within the last six years, I have also tutored students in physics, astronomy, mathematics, chemistry, and in test prep situations.
Teaching Style
I am young and energetic with the ability to engage students. I have been told on numerous occasions that I make previously difficult subjects accessible to those that thought that it was not "their thing". I believe that all students have their own method of learning, and their success is dependent on how well an educator can adapt to their style. I am very flexible and innovative in creating lesson plans. I am patient, friendly, enthusiastic, and have an overwhelming love of teaching.
