Teaching Style
I mostly work with adolescents and middle school aged children as an English teacher.Working with students with disabilities has taught me to be patient, considerate and compassionate with diverse groups needing more attention than regular ed children. Each child has a different learning ability and level of comprehension which has to be meet individually in a classroom of 32 kids. I believe fairness is everyone getting their needs met to be provided with the best education possible. Given the opportunity, any child can rise to the occasion and meet and go beyond predetermined goals for life long learning. Teaching through discovery and constructivism methods I have experienced a successful history of fun loving and educated students.
