Experience Summary
I graduated from the Ohio State University with a Bachelor's Degree in German & History. I have studied abroad twice, and completed a summer semester at Bonn University prior to graduation. I am extremely passionate about history and foreign languages and spend a few weeks each summer abroad. I have been teaching piano for the past four years. I am responsible for teaching theory, history, and playing skills, as well as the preparation of my students for competitions. This fall I plan on beginning my Master's Degree in Secondary Education at the University of Cincinnati.
Teaching Style
I love teaching. I am very patient, and as I have been teaching piano the past few years, I have learned to adapt to the student and change teaching methods to best suit his or her needs. I put forth 100% effort in my study sessions and expect the same from my students. I think all children deserve the opportunity to succeed.
