Experience Summary
I have ten years experience teaching elementary school. I have taught sixth, fourth and third grade. I also have one year experience teaching kindergarten. I have been trained in writing instruction through the state in North Carolina. I am also trained in the Literacy First reading program. I currently hold a valid teaching certificate in North Carolina for grades
K-5. I am presently applying for my Arizona certificate.
Teaching Style
I have always been described as person who truly loves children. I am patient and kind but hold high expectations. I believe all children want to learn and enjoy learning when they meet with success. Success in learning can bring a huge change in attitudes and behavior in children. I have seen it happen.
