Experience Summary
My experience includes teaching and supervising in a variety of special education areas. This has allowed to me gain extensive knowlege on the learning process and how different students learn best, visual, auditroy etc. I am focused not just on helping the student problem solve or find an answer but making sure they understand the process. In my career I have taught various subjects and age groups and this has provided me with a broad range of academic knowlege. Currently, I have decided to stay home with my children and work as a tutor. There are many students who need the one on one experience in order to be academically successful.
Teaching Style
I am passionate about education. I firmly believe that every child has his/her own learning style. Students need to able to ultize how they learn in order to be successful. I beleive in an interactive approach that allows students to enjoy the material while learning. Each child holds his/her own potential and must be able to maximize this potential to have be academically successful and a life long learner. As a teacher it is my job to assist students in achieving this potential to increase their skill base,knowlege,and ability to be a successful learner.
