Experience Summary
After receiving a BS in Business Administration from a liberal arts college, I worked for several years in the business world. The majority of my work experience has been in the banking and finance industry. It was through these experiences that I realized my true passion for learning could be shared through training and teaching.
The past two years I have been studying to earn my teaching certification. During my course work I have had the opportunity and pleasure to observe, tutor and instruct in several classrooms in the area. Also, I spent two years coaching and motivating a high school volleyball team.
Teaching Style
I love teaching and working with people of all ages. There are so many different ways to learn and it is vital for an instructor to recognize and identify what works best for each individual. I believe that each student should be given the opportunity to reach their full potential. I am very patient and goal oriented. Educator's that take the time to listen to a students question help the students find the correct answer on their own.
