Experience Summary
As a Financial Analyst with 15 years of experience, I've worked in many different industries and have gained an in-depth knowledge of Finance and Accounting. In addition, as a Sr. Financial Analyst I've been required to communicate with all levels of Sr. Management. As a manager, I've also trained new employees in many of the positions I've held. Since I have always found personal satisfaction in helping others achieve success, I am considering a career change to teaching and I'm hoping this will be an opportunity to see firsthand if this is the next career for me.
Teaching Style
I am very positive and motivated. Realizing that everyone does not learn in the same way I believe in tailoring learning to the individual. Some are visual learners while others may need to have something explained to them with several different examples based on their individual needs. I believe learning, while requiring hard work, can also be fun. In addition, children and adults are motivated through different means. While an adult may gain a sense of satisfaction from their accomplishment, a child may need something like a "sticker" as a reward.
