Experience Summary
I have more than 29 years in the computer industry with fortune 100 companies using various types of computer software. I have provided group and one-on-one training for vendor applications, computer coding, and office based software. My experience is inclusive of training in the use of databases, such as, Microsoft Access. A few of the corporations I have trained staff in various computer software is Bank of America, Duquesne Light Company, Holiday Inn Worldwide, and North Carolina Department of Motor Vehicles.
Teaching Style
My preferred method of teaching is use of visual aids and examples. I have an extensive background in the computer industry. I have worked at many client sites where I was designated as the on-site trainer for different types of computer software for the staff. I was selected because of my ability to adapt to any situation quickly and for being capable of explaining based on the level of understanding of the person I was training.
