Experience Summary
I graduated with a BS degree in Mathematics. During my college career I volunteered my time at a walk-in tutoring center where I helped several students. My love of mathematics has led me to graduate school in Milwaukee where I am a teaching assistant. I have experience teaching Algebra and Trigonometry. Calculus is also one of my strong points.
Teaching Style
I enjoy teaching, especially when I see my students improving. I understand practice, and the need to remember previous concepts is key to success in Mathematics. As a master’s student, I can often come up with several ways to solve a problem and choose the way that I think most of my students will understand. I also have a great deal of patience. I believe my experience in Mathematics will enable me to help you or your teen achieve success in his or her Math course.
