A creative problem solver capable of identifying root causes and resolves concerns efficiently, and an individual who is adept in handling difficult situations with tact and diplomacy. I work to start at the level of the student and use guided learning and collaboration to bring the student to the expected grade level. I believe that we must commit to 100% success for our students, but that we will succeed one child at a time.
