Experience Summary
As an Ursuline College Liberal Arts: English graduate with a Notre Dame Elementary/K-12 teaching degree due in one sememester, I have been driven to a high degree of excellence in education and have tutored elementary phonics, social studies, science, technology, etc. along with proficiency testing with foreign students for 7th and 8th grades. I have excellent grammar and composition as well as phonics skills due to writing many research, other papers. I have tutored/taught basic elementary Spanish, also.
Teaching Style
I enjoy instruction very much and find that I can work with all academic and emotional levels using various teaching approaches as well as styles. I believe all children can learn and have different styles and personalities of learning. I believe in enhancing learning through fostering confidence and discovery in children. I believe that I have changed some student's lives in the process of tutoring and teaching for at least six years.
