Experience Summary
I have been actively involved with college tutoring for 4 years and during that time I rose to Senior tutor. I assisted students with mathematics, from pre algebra to Calc III, physics, and engineering courses. This was primarily one on one tutoring but I have also been involved in some classroom based programs.
I have recently graduated from Wentworth Institute of Technology's Electromechanical Engineering program. It is a unique degree with a heavy focus on design and includes systems engineering courses. The program must pass both mechanical and electrical engineering accreditation.
Teaching Style
I am capable of teaching math, physics, or engineering courses. My teaching style involves focusing on real world applications and judging answers for realism. I also try to imbue the students with an understanding of the material beyond simple memorization.
