Experience Summary
I have led reading groups and Language Arts classes. I have taught music lessons to a variety of ages and I have taught Music Theory and History at the collegiate level. My mother has been a teacher for 35 years and I have always enjoyed helping her in the classroom. I have a Master of Music and Professional Artist Certificate from the North Carolina School of the Arts.
Teaching Style
Identifying a person’s learning style is the key to successful comprehension of a given subject matter. My teaching style involves recognizing concepts that the person does find interesting to help them relate to and understand what they are trying to learn. I am patient and diligent, and I will help you understand and enjoy the subject.
