Experience Summary
Mentor, coach, educator, and leader. A certified instructor and curriculum developer, I facilitated and administrated a fast-paced seven week program of instruction for advanced workplace leaders. Under my supervision, we improved our Honor Roll grade-point average from five percent of the graduating class to over twenty percent within a one-year period.

Teaching Style
I believe teaching style depends on the student, and that student's learning style. A key element to determining this is knowing where the student's strengths lie--auditory, visual, or tactile-kinesthetic learning styles require different approaches, but a combination of the three enhances the overall understanding achieved.
