Experience Summary
I have over six (6) years of professional experience in education specializing in EFL (English as a Foreign Language) and early childhood development, including three (3) years as Director. I am proficient in Microsoft Word, Publisher and Power Point as well as strong research skills utilizing the internet to compliment available teaching material. I also have a BA in Business Administration from Universidad Gran Mariscal de Ayacucho in Venezuela. Having lived and studied abroad has given me a great appreciation of world cultures.
Teaching Style
I love teaching and working with all children. I believe all children can learn, but each in different ways. I am available to help your child find academic success. I am patient, easy going, and considerate. My goal is to provide the best education possible. I am a firm believer in teaching through discovery and in providing a constructivist approach to learning. I believe all children can meet their potential if they are given the appropriate surroundings and learning experiences. A few good educators can make a world of difference in a child's education. I strive to make a difference in all of my students' lives.
