Experience Summary
I recently graduated with honors from West Chester University of Pennsylvania with a degree in Spanish Education. Between my education classes and student teaching experience, I have learned the new and effective techniques of teaching a world language. I also had the experience of studying the Spanish language in Seville, Spain for a semester. This experience not only greatly enhanced my language ability, but taught me many valuable lessons about another culture.
Teaching Style
After studying the Spanish language for eight years, it has become very important to me and I love sharing my knowledge with students. To me, learning another language is a way to learn and appreciate other cultures and create opportunities for oneself. As an educator, I try to help the students discover the language and use it in realistic situations. Because I was once a novice in learning a second language, I try to give the students the positive feedback that they need to be successful.
