Experience Summary
As a graduate of top universities from China and the U.S., I know how important education is for both children and parents. I got my B.S., M.S., and Ph.D.in various fields of chemistry. I have worked as a chemist for many years in both academic and industrial research environment, which gave me the unique advantage to teach students the real life applications of chemistry and sciences. I have taught an undergraduate chemistry class and tutored both undergraduate and graduate chemistry classes. Over the years, I have also tutored Chinese language, which is my native language.
Teaching Style
I am a very patient teacher. I like to show my students how to solve a problem step by step, and help them to master the logic behind it. By doing this, my students can apply the same logic and rules to solve other problems independently. I also like to inspire my students to apply the course content in a creative and original way and utilize them in real life.
