Experience Summary
I graduated from Paine College with a BA. While in college I had the opportunity to experience working with many different students. My social work degree has allowed me to gain knowledge in areas such as: working with homeless people, working with children that came from unstable households, and much more. In addition I joined a sorority which has allowed me to work in the community and volunteer my services at a variety of schools. For example, Boys&Girls club, Girls Inc. Both while in college.
Teaching Style
I enjoy working with children. I think it is a pleasure to teach children how to become positive role models, and great leaders. In today's society many children learn in different ways. For example some like to listen, and some like to take notes. I think the importance of teaching is making sure each child knows the concept, and material.Being able to listen to your students is an important part of being able to teach. Most children open up more when they feel the teacher understands. I would love to help change a childs life.
