Experience Summary
I have extensive experience and education in business including accounting and marketing and like to teach. I have worked in both large and small businesses and mentored new employees. I taught one year part time but the time constraints of my full time job did not allow me to continue. I am retired now and can devote full efforts to teaching.
Teaching Style
I love teaching and working with all children. I believe all children can learn, but each in different ways. I am available to help your child find academic success. I am patient, easy going, and considerate. My goal is to provide the best education possible. I am a firm believer in teaching through discovery and in providing a constructivist approach to learning. I believe all children can meet their potential if they are given the appropriate surroundings and learning experiences. A few good educators can make a world of difference in a child's education. I strive to make a difference in all of my students' lives.
