Experience Summary
During my Graduate Studies at the University of Georgia, I worked as a Teacher's Assistant for the Statistics Department. This included teaching Statistics Lab Classes and tutoring students after school. In the second year of my Master's studies, I earned an award for Excellence in Teaching. As a side job, I edited Statistics text books for McGraw-Hill. Throughout the years, I have taken many opportunities to assist students with their studies in Statistics.
Teaching Style
I really enjoy the reward of teaching others. I like to simplify a student's challenges and provide real life examples to otherwise abstract concepts. I am very easy going, patient, and willing to try different approaches to helping students learn.
