Responsible for the General Ledger monthly close process, financial reporting and the budget / forecast cycle.
Duties included preparing and analyzing monthly-consolidated financial statements. Developed projections, profit analyses,
cash flow and formulated financial operating reviews. Provide support for SEC 10K and 10Q reporting.
Created SOX compliant accounting policies and procedures manual. Responsible for maintaining Policy and Procedure for documentation and current FAS accounting standards and polices.
Responsible for researching, interpreting and implementing new accounting standards. Directly responsible for working with business division for interpreting new accounting standards and the affect on their business.
Teaching Style
I enjoy learning and teaching and working with all ages of children and adults. I believe everyone can learn through real business experience and application of theory mixed with classroom study. All children can meet their potential if they are given the appropriate surroundings and proper guidance.
