Experience Summary
My commitment to personal learning and development has fueled my passion to achieve a high level of excellence in education. Subsequently, I have obtained two academic degrees; BBA in Accounting and MBA in Finance. The degrees have given a sound business foundation and have enabled me to gain an understanding in many areas of math and social science. My commitment to personal learning and development has led me into the Education field. As an Instructor who has taught undergraduate students in Finance and Economics for four years at two different universities. In addition, I volunteer at my daughter’s elementary school the last two years helping students improve their reading and math skills.
Teaching Style
Every human being canned learn anything they put mind to, one matter how old or young they are. As an instructor or tutor, you just have to determine their learning style or attributes in order to maximize the time you spend will them. The key to achievement is to provide some structure so students have a clear goal. After that, you collaborate with them so they will share ownership. Like all good educators, I enjoy working with students using the constructivist approach to learning and seeing them maximized their potential.
