Experience Summary
I have worked in the accounting field since 1993. I started out as an Accounting clerk with USECO in Murfreesboro, TN. I worked all facets of accounting including AR, AP, GL, Fixed Assets, Sales Taxes, costing, and annual reporting. I ended my career there assisting the controller. I worked there for 6 years. Since then, I have held numerous positions with different types of companies. I've worked for manufacturers, distributors, and service companies. I current work for L&W Eng, an automotive equipment manufacturer in Lebanon,TN. My position with L&W is cost analyst.
Teaching Style
I love to work with people and help them understand accounting principles. I have not taught students but I have mentored to other adults in my various roles to teach them about accounting principles. I was a manager at Manheim Inspection Solutions for 7 years and taught my employees on a daily basis.
