Teaching Style
I am a firm believer that practice makes perfect and there is no student that will not grasp a concept or a topic. Each individual has his/her own learning dynamics and tutoring/teaching is not a one-method-fits-all matter. During my hundreds of hours of tutoring, I've dealt with students who were fast learners, students with ADD or Asperger's syndrome. A tutor, following in the tracks of a personal counselor must understand the individual traits of each student and mold his communication methods towards a more effective learning process for the student. In addition, a newly taught concept must be reinforced by heavy practice assignments and efforts should not solely focus on homework help.
