Experience Summary
The last ten years of my teaching career, I taught Adult Basic Education at Orange Grove Center in Chattanooga, TN, English as a Second Language as well as some GED prep classes for Chattanooga State Techinical Community College. Growing up, English was always my favorite and best subject. I have also been out of our country(S. Korea) teaching English.
Teaching Style
I love children and love teaching anyone to do anything. I enjoy cooking, sewing and gardening and therefore am well able to help your child find academic success in a variety of subjects. I am a firm believer that a student learns by discovering what works for him/her. Every learner has a different learning style and I am prepared to be there for that student and to help them discover the best and most proficient way of accomplishing that learning goal.
