Experience Summary
Direct a wide array of financial and operational functions for clients. Recruit and train accounting personnel, and develop job descriptions. Oversee the full accounting cycle including: month and year-end closing, journal entry processing and account reconciliations. Represent the CEO and Owner during important meetings. Create financial reports, prepare annual budgets and perform variance analyses. Track and review fixed assets, including: real estate, acquisitions, sales and rental contracts. . Monitor the firm’s legal functions, and negotiate contracts.
Teaching Style
I love teaching, my grandmother and my mother and uncles teach, I believe the children are exceptional thinking machines and the power of information delivered to them is a magnificent tool for their future. With the right attitude, patience, and most of all the right information delivered they can overcome many of the obstacles in their life. I like the interaction with children as they will always with their innocence make you see what as adults sometimes we forget; children can be so bright that the simplest thing for them can be the hardest for us as adults. I really strive to make a difference and having a teaching background in the family I believe strongly helps.
