Experience Summary
I am an experienced Educator at both the secondary and post secondary levels. While teaching at Puyallup High School I received two awards for excellence for my work with special needs students. I was also responsible for developing a program that was named “Best in State” two years in a row. I have excellent teaching and communications skills. I am a published author with two books and four booklets. I have written educational curriculum to NATEF standards, developed many courses and taught classes to diverse groups of students. Most recently I was training soldiers in Iraq in the repair and operation of MRAP vehicles.

Statement of Teaching Style
I feel that all learners should have access to the highest quality education possible. The object of education is to provide each student with the tools that will help them develop their individual talents. All students should be given an opportunity in a safe educational setting to demonstrate their talents. This opportunity also means giving every student a chance to show their full potential.
Instructors must have a pleasant and enthusiastic attitude. Instructors must be accepting of all students regardless of ethnic background or other personal factors. An instructor should use a variety of instructional methods and delivery techniques to facilitate the learning process.
