Experience Summary
As a student in high school, I participated in a tutoring program for 2 years helping elementary school students. Then, as a student at a very athletically based univeristy, I tutored for two years helping student-athletes gain and maintain stellar grades. I have earned a bachelor's degree in Business Adminisration with a major in Accounting. I am also currently pursuing a CPA to be licensed in the stated of Pennsylvania. In addition to my deep understanding of math, accounting, and finance, I have learned extensive grammatical skills due to writing research papers.
Teaching Style
I love to teach and convey knowledge to children of all ages. I believe any child can learn when a subject is presented to them from a perspective that they can initially relate to. I am patient, positive, and encouraging in my teaching style. I believe in consistency and practice in a subject matter and to allow the student to discover many areas with my assistance. My goal is to inspire, encourage and effectively help every child that is in need of tutoring.
