Experience Summary
Results orientated individual that uses leadership to drive change without compromising quality. Consistency achieving goals through the understanding of learning process that involve people in any organization i.e. school, restaurants, just to mention some examples. I have attended Universities in Mexico and in the USA and have 10 years + of exposure to different learning styles. I have a strong background in accounting and in management, which is a good balance between understating people and focus on results. I have work for major Restaurant Corporation as trainer in management and accounting.
Teaching Style
Each individual is different. Therefore, you have to know the person first in order to apply a teaching style. Age, gender, and subject matter are some elements that influence how a person learns. Some people learn visually, some people learn by practicing, some people don't want to learn. My style varies according to the individual and what he or she likes or dislikes. As a tutor my role can be from formal authority, demonstrator, facilitator and delegator. Key elements in the classroom: 1) facilitate interaction and 2) delivery of the content to student.
The key is to listen to the student, listen to the feedback with a clear understanding of the goals that need to be accomplished for each class.
