Experience Summary
I have experience both tutoring degree level students in Geophysics and in mentoring junior programmers in programming C and C++. My science knowledge is second to none, and I am an extremely enthusiastic teacher. At school my strong math lead me to win the physics prize, and I continued with my interest in quantitative science through to my doctorate. Recently I have been developing my own software application, which uses both vector and matrix math in its design.
Teaching Style
My teaching style has been to enthuse my students. I find the physical and mathematical models of the world to be fascinating, and try and show how exciting these models are to my listeners. Passing on that knowledge is incredibly rewarding, and I believe that I can present any scientific principal in an interesting way.
