Experience Summary
Being educated and experienced in civil engineering for over 25 years, I have through those years mentored and taught interns. Currently unemployed and considering acquiring teaching certificate to permit me to teach (K-12) math. Experience in teaching adults in my ministry.
Teaching Style
I am an encourager by nature, build individuals and enjoy teaching. Very patient, easy going, respectful, creative, and try to apply visuals or explain an visual to assist those being taught to understand the subject matter. Always optimistic and upbeat. Try to share enthusiasm I feel in teaching for those to learn. It is always my goal either in academia or ministry instruction, try to broaden ones knowledge, thinking and thought process. Building confidence is key, once one has confidence and encouraged, they learn more and normally thirst for more. I want to make a difference, to help those grow as individuals and students.
