Experience Summary
I taught for thirty years at Oak Hills High School in Cincinnati, Ohio. I taught Social Studies with an emphasis on Psychology and History of the American West. I taught at the College of Mt. St. Joseph on the Ohio during the 1980's with an emphasis on Psychology and Technical Writing. I tutored two students while we lived in Key West, Florida during 2003.
Teaching Style
I emphasize individual techniques tailored to the needs of each student. I am patient and work at rates and times suitable to each student. I have tutored in Social Studies and English. Because I am very literate, I am able to work with students to help them learn difficult language and social studies constructs.
