Teaching Style
I am a traditional(old school)style teacher. A professor told us
"You cannot teach them if you do not have their attention." Treat the students the way you want to be treated, with respect and honesty. My three rules are: Respect for oneself. Respect for others. Responsibility for your actions.
With this in place, the subject is introduced, explanations/examples discussed, questions answered, the assignment given, with the understanding if it is not finished in class it is homework. I then walk around the classroom to make sure each student understands the material or needs individual help.
